Hey Dave , Randall- again, thank you so much for all your help with everything - without you and Randall we totally would have gotten taken to the cleaners.  The guys were trying to pull a slick one, You guys were great!  If you ever want to start up a band or anything let me know...you may be in need of a keyboard player and I may be in need of a guitar player   :-)

Also, one time I called you you said you were on your way to church - is that a church nearby or was that up in Tennessee or something?  We're looking for a good one and want to try a bunch out.  Oh, and if you end up getting tickets for that Queen concert let me know...maybe we could grab some dinner beforehand or something.  MArch 7th at the Gwinnett Arena. Anywhoo, we'll talk to you later...we'll definitely keep you in the loop if we're going to refinance or something.  Have a good one!!

Thanks for everything!

"Randall Courtney is the perfect solution for the busy professional who is in the market to buy a home!
His track record speaks for itself! He was genuinely concerned about what I wanted in a home, the price range and location. He wasn't just trying to get me to buy . Randall wanted me to be happy and I am! He only showed me homes that I would be interested in and therefore the process was painless!

After I had found a home that I wanted to buy Randall went the extra mile
and made sure that things went smoothly during the negotiating of the contract and the closing process! I have bought several other homes in the past and I can honestly say that this was the best deal that I ever
made! I attribute most of this to the professionalism, diligence and knowledge of Randall.

So if you are looking to buy a home, please do yourself a big favor and give Randall a call!"

Randall,

We are pleased as punch!!  Thank you for all your work in making it possible to own our dream retirement home.  We can't wait to get there, now.   It is looking like it may be in early January when we get to relocate.

Our plans are to return to Jefferson to see and "try out" our new home on or about July 13, as I have vacation that week.  We plan to drive the truck this trip (2 full days drive) and bring along some of our stuff, and one very spoiled cat.   We are tentatively planning on inviting our family over for a picnic or potluck supper at our new house on Friday evening, July 18, and would LOVE to have you and your wife and family join us. Some of both sides of our family (Lee, my half-brother whom you met at the restaurant already has met my mother-in-law several years ago and stays in touch with her occasionally) already know each other, and we are wanting to blend the two families together.    It will be a wholesome family atmosphere evening, and none of our bunch ever brings alcohol of any kind when we all get together.  Just good, clean, homestyle fun.  We would love to have ya'll join us, if you are able.  So please mark your calendar, if you have not already made other plans, and plan to come on over for the celebration - the man who made it all happen!

Again, THANKS.  We appreciate the way you dedicated that week in May to driving us around to countless houses, the way you never once made us feel pressured to buy anything, the way you went out of your way to go the extra mile for us numerous times, the way you looked after our best interests from the beginning thru the closing.  We would be proud to call you, not only our realtor, but our friend.

I would like to share my experience of purchasing my current home with you.

Initially I was house hunting on my own.  I found a house that I absolutely fell in love with3;.it was definitely "MY HOME".  Attempting to handle the negotiations on "my own" working with the "seller´s agent", I was not successful.  At this point I was extremely disappointed, I loved this house but I accepted, "it was not meant to be".

An acquaintance referred me to Randall saying he was a great agent and could help me find another home.  My initial contact with Randall was very enlightening.  He took the time to gather information from me on what I was looking for and then he immediately scheduled a time to meet with me and drive me around to see the houses.  Once we looked at a few, I told him about this house that I had found and desperately wanted but was not successful in negotiating a deal.  He must have sensed my vibes because he, once again, immediately responded with3;"Take me to this house and let me see what you´re looking for in a house."  Well, we went and then the next thing I knew, he´s on the front porch knocking on the door to talk to the owner.  We walked through the house, he contacted the selling agent, and then the wheels started rolling.  Negotiations were agreed upon, contract submitted and within 1½ months, I was in MY HOME.  I could not have done it without Randall.  I still love my home dearly...THANK YOU RANDALL!!!!!  I highly recommend Randall as an agent.  He will take the time and go the extra mile to get you what you deserve.
