Every community is different here; Alpharetta is right next door to Norcross however they are totally different communities.  Smyrna is a part of Cobb County that is a "Smyrna in a Rising Star", where in East Cobb homes hovers around the $500,000 range , in Smyrna it is more like the mid $200,000 and both are as different as night and day but are very much even as far as quality of life goes.
